ZZ65383

The ZZ65383 is a high-performance,transmit/receive (T/R) front-end module (FEM). It features a transmit power amplifier (PA) capable of delivering over +30 dBm of output power with a 36% power-added efficiency (PAE). The module also includes a high-performance low-noise amplifier (LNA) with a 2.0 dB noise figure (NF) and 14 dB of receive gain. Additionally, it incorporates a low-power-handling input single-pole, doublethrow (SPDT) switch and a high-power-handling SPDT switch.

All functionality can be controlled using a three-wire interface.The device is mounted in a 28-pin, 6 × 6 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package, which allows for a highly manufacturable cost-effective solution.The ZZ65383 is available in a 28-pin 6 × 6 mm LGA package.
