ZZ5516

The ZZ5516 is a complete integrated 2 GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ax 1024 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high -performance 2 GHz power amplifier (PA) with logarithmic DC power detector and RF power detector coupler, high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and single pole double throw switch (SPDT). This highly integrated FEM only requires one bypass cap thus reducing system footprint, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost. The integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5516  is available in a 24-pin 3.0*5.0*0.85 mm Land Grid Array (LGA) package.
